This Petition is filed under section 100 of Civil Procedure code preferred against the Judgment and Decree of the Learned Subordinate Judge, Tuticorin in AS.125/2004 dated 18/02/2005 preferred against the Judgment and Decree of the Learned District Munsif, Sathankulam in OS.2/2004 dated 23/06/2004.
