This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.149 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Court No.I, Tirunelvei, as against the petitioner herein. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties before the lower Court and nothing survives in this petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondent. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
