RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP (MD)No. 20506 of 2018 vide its order dated 16.11.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.PITCHAI MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20506 of 2018 on 16.11.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that

the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20506 of 2018 on 16.11.2018 is relaxed.
