This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case under the Act 1989, the prevention of atrocities against the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe along with other IPC Sections on the petition of the petitioner dated 19.02.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petition enquiry has been conducted and after completion of enquiry, the petition is closed.
