ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506 (ii) 323, 354 I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.291 of 2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. It is alleged in the complaint that the petitioners waylaid the defacto complainant and abused her using unparliamentary words and assaulted her.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are no way connected with the offence and the defacto complainant is own aunty of the first petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the victim sustained simple injury.
5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the entire materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, and on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
7. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
