Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of B. ANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20640 of 2018, dated 30.11.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.11.2018, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20640 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
