This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records of the impugned First Information Report No.306 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, Thoothukudi and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,25.01.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
