ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2015.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a life threat for the petitioner's life and limb and hence, he made a representation to the respondents on 12.06.2015 seeking police protection. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that the petitioner has involved two cases. 5.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case and it would suffice to direct the respondents to look into the representation of the petitioner and do the needful. The above said exercise will be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
