ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent herein to expedite the investigation in Crime NO.3 of 2010 dated 17.01.2010 on the file of the respondent and file a final report within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is yet to be filed in this case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final

report in Crime No.3 of 2010 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
