ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 468, 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.256 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.In this petition, it has been mentioned that this is the petitioner's first application for anticipatory bail. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor points out that the petitioner had earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9646 of 2019 and the same was dismissed. In the petition, the petitioner has nowhere mentioned that he had earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9646 of 2019. The petitioner deserves to be non-suited for having made a false averment in his petition. CRL OP(MD). No.412 of 2020 4.Considering the conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
