JUDGMENT
This second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.183 of 2003 dated 26.12.2005 on the file of the First Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli, confirming the judgment 1/3
and decree passed in O.S.No.151 of 1995 dated 10.06.2002 on the file of the District Munsif, Musiri.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died on 10.08.2022. Steps have not been taken within the period of limitation as stipulated.
