PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR36117 of 2017:- to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order passed by the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub-Judge), Pattukkottai in R.C.A.No.3 of 2012 dated 27.06.2017, confirming the Fair and Decreetal order of the learned Rent Controller / District Munsif, Pattukkottai in R.C.O.P.No.2 of 2005 dated 30.03.2011 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.ANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 123 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of three days from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
