W.P.[MD]No.13036 of 2011 granted in the Writ Petition since the Writ Petition as well as the Miscellaneous Petition as against the third respondent has been dismissed for not taking steps.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the State Government submits that the area in question has been bifurcated and it has became a Town Panchayat.

4. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his claim, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
