This petition is filed to to transfer the investigation in case in Cr.No. 446 of 2013 on the file of the Vallam Police Station, Thanjavur District as investigated by the 2ndrespondent by any other competent investigating officer. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case in crime No.446 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vallam Police Station, Thanjavur District. has been closed as Action Dropped on 06.12.2014 and RCS No.5/2012 also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur.
