O.Mu.No.15175/E1/2010 dated 29.11.2010 and the consequential proceedings issued by the 5th respondent Correspondent/Secretary dated 30.07.2011, quash the same and further direct the 2nd and 5th respondents to place the petitioner's name above the 7th respondent in the Attendance Register, Acquittance Register and all other college records as per the resolution of the 3rd and 4th respondents dated 20.12.2003 and 09.11.2007 respectively. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent vide O.Mu.No.15175/E1/2010 dated 29.11.2010 and the consequential proceedings issued by the 5th respondent Correspondent dated 30.07.2011, quash the same and further direct the 2nd and 5th respondents to place the petitioner's name above the 7th respondent in the Attendance Register, Acquittance Register and all other college records as per the resolution of the 3rd and 4th respondents dated 20.12.2003 and 09.11.2007 respectively. 2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition, the 1st respondent, has passed order, dated 18.12.2014, approving the appointment of the petitioner, with effect from 17.06.2002 and therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
3.Recording the abovesaid submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
