ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- While disposing of Crl.O.P.(MD)No.455 of 2021, this Court has given a direction to the trial Court to conclude the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The order was passed on 18.01.2021.

2. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, has addressed a letter dated 01.06.2021 stating that NBW against the accused is pending. He seeks further two months time for disposal of the case.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to take steps to execute the NBW and three (3) months further time is granted for disposal of the case on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
