The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant, has filed this Petition to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the case in Crime No. 10 of 2023 and to file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the major portion of the investigation has been completed and they are to file a final report with in a period of two months.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
