ORDER

W.P(MD)No.13055 of 2011 has been filed challenging an order of the District Collector for requesting for police protection for conducting sports event on 18.11.2011.

2. W.P(MD)No.13057 of 2011 has been filed challenging an order passed by the District Sports Officer for conducting sports event from 18.11.2011 onwards in Kovilpatti Kuppusamy Naidu Memorial Trust Playground.

3. These two orders have been challenged by the writ petitioner. Since both the impugned orders relate to the period of the year 2011 for conducting a sports event, nothing survives in both the writ petitions.

4. Recording the same, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
