FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN CRIME NO.57 OF 2023 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.57 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with weapons and caused injury to him. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the defacto complainant has sustained grievous injury and still, he is taking treatment. He would further submit that this is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19376 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court on 03.11.2023. 5.It appears that this is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19376 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court on 03.11.2023 on the ground that the injured has sustained grievous injury. Now, this application is filed by the petitioner without referring the change of circumstances to consider the case. 2/3
