JUDGMENT
This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 09.01.2006 in A.S.No.6 of 2005 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Aruppukottai, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 29.10.2004 in O.S.No. 151 of 1997 passed by the learned District Munsif, Aruppukottai. 2.On perusal of records it reveals that on 18.11.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants reported 'no instructions' and directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants. Despite the name printed in the cause list, the appellants have not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.
