2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur at Virudhunagar District, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur at Virudhunagar District, by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
