ORDER

On 10.01.2023, this Court passed an order directing the petitioner to deposit 50% of the cheque amount before the Trial Court. Later, the case was listed after two years i.e., 23.06.2025. Even till then, the said order was not complied. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time was further extended till 09.07.2025 for reporting compliance, with a specific condition that failing the compliance, the revision case will be dismissed. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner helplessly represented that he needed time for complying the said order.

2. In terms of the order passed by this Court on 23.06.2025, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court, dated 10.01.2023. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
