ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's photograph and other relevant entries with regard to crime No.66 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent's police station.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent a representation to the first respondent on 07.12.2019 with regard to the removal of his photograph and other entries in respect of case in crime No.66 of 2019. He would submit that it would suffice that a direction may be issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.12.2019.
