Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAMURUGAPANDI D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21564 of 2022, dated 06.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting bail to the petitioner on 06.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21564 of 2022, had directed that the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, out of which, one shall be either the father or mother of the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner is a resident of West Bengal and the petitioner's parents, due to their illness, are unable to travel Madurai. He would further submit that the maternal uncle of the petitioner is ready to stand as a surety for the petitioner's release on bail. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21564 of 2022, dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.582 of 2023 06.12.2022 in paragraph No.5(a), is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, out of which, one shall be the blood related surety (maternal uncle of the petitioner)".
