Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.JEYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21894 of 2018 on 12.12.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21894 of 2018 on 12.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21894 of 2018 on 12.12.2018 are modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
