Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.SARAVANAN, Advocate for M/S.MATHURAM LAW ASSOCIATES for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18784 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.278 of 2018, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
