The Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 07.10.2011 passed by the Second Respondent and direct the First and Second Respondents to permit the Petitioner to continue her M.E. Course.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that since the Petitioner has been issued Provisional Certificate for the course of study after filing of the Writ Petition, he seeks permission of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No. 13295 of 2011 this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the subsequent events, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to clarify here that it would not preclude the right of the Petitioner to workout her remedy, if she has any grievance in the matter by seeking appropriate necessary relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
