PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and petitioner's cucumber kneading business premises from the criminal intimidation made by the third respondent.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and petitioner's cucumber kneading business premises from the criminal intimidation made by the third respondent.

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the respondent and based on which enquiry has been initiated in CSR No. 14 of 2020 on 08.01.2020 and during enquiry if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
