Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the second respondent to alter the correct provisions of Sections in the existing FIR under Section 323 and 324 of IPC into Sections 326 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.169 of 2015 and also to implicate Murugadas, the Panchayat Board President, O.mettupatti as accused and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

ORDER

Though this petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the second respondent to alter the correct provisions of Sections and also to implicate one more person as accused, this Court is not inclined to go into the same at this stage.

It would be suffice to direct the first respondent - the Superintendent of Police to monitor and supervise the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the respondents will have to take into consideration of the subsequent complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.05.2015.
