RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.22942 of 2018 dated 27.12.2018 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22942 of 2018 on 27.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22942 of 2018 on 27.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22942 of 2018 on 27.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
