This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the summons dated 18.12.2023 issued by the first respondent to the petitioner pursuant to the complaint lodged by the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted and it was found that the matter relates to matrimonial differences between the petitioner and the second respondent, and no offence was made out.
