The Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 07.10.2011 passed by the Second Respondent and direct the Second Respondent to permit the Petitioner to attend the III semester examination to be held on 23.11.2011 to 29.11.2011 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.13313 of 2011 complete the course.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that since the Petitioner has been issued Provisional Certificate for the course of study after filing of the Writ Petition, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the subsequent events, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to clarify here that it would not preclude the right of the Petitioner to workout his remedy, if he has any grievance in the matter by seeking appropriate necessary relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
