Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to revise the selection list to call for 186 candidates for interview from the candidates who have come out successful in the written examination for the posts of Assistant public prosecutor - Grade II for the year 2011-2012 in the ratio of 1:2 for the 88 vacancies notified pursuant to the Notification NO. 4 of 2013 dated 06.03.2013 as per clause 21(b) of instructions to the candidates published by the commission and consequently hold a selection and make appointments to the eligible candidates within time framed by this Honble Court.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.ANANDKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner,the court made the following order:- Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.
This petition seeking to condone the delay of 321 days in representing the appeal is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.750/-, within a period of one week from today, to the credit of Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Center, attached to this Bench. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid by the petitioner within the time stipulated in this order, the present Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
