Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 228 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the M.C.No.83 of 2017 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram.

2.Heard both side. Records perused.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent has objection to allow https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.17,500/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand only) to the Trial Court within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
