:Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 6.2.2012 to any other investigation agency more particularly to the fifth respondent forthwith and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. ORDER

Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the petitioner has come forward with this application for transfer of investigation on the complaint dated 06.02.2012 to the fifth respondent. The learned counsel would submit that the petitioner has given complaint on 06.02.2012, but, the third respondent has not conducted enquiry so far and the third respondent is hand in glove with the proposed accused and therefore, the learned counsel prays for transfer.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the third respondent has conducted the enquiry and after completion of enquiry, the petition was closed on 29.09.2012 and thereafter, the fourth respondent has conducted the enquiry and closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petition on 22.03.2013.

4. Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
