ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Respondent not appeared in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 718 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Though notice was served on the respondent and his naem is also printed in the cause list, he has not chosen to appear either in person or through pleader.

3. Delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/ (Rupees Five Hundred only) as cost, to M/s. The Rojavanam, Homelss and Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai within a period of two weeks from today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed.
