This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Charge Sheet filed in STC.No.724 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate,Thuraiyur,Tiruchirappalli District.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the trial in STC No.724 of 2023, the petitioner was convicted by the trial Court by the judgment dated 25.04.2025.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
