The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein under which the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.27,13,520/- under the Revenue Recovery Act. Now the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a sum of Rs.20,76,041/- has been paid as a full and final settlement and nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
