ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 and A3, who were remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 31.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime No.539 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in possession of 2 kgs of ganja each.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first accused in this case was granted bail by this Court on 18.06.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.11052 of 2015.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Principal Sessions Judge (NDPS Act Cases), Madurai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 6.00 p.m. until further orders.
