ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order dated 15.11.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.3512 of 2021 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul and to direct the respondents to handover the physical possession of the house property in Plot No.41, VIP Nagar, Chettinayakkanpatti Village, Dindigul Taluk and District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, auction was conducted and the property was handed over to the auction purchaser. Hence, the petitioner approached the Bank 2/4

on 08.09.2022 for return of the belongings in the house as well as the balance sale consideration, after adjusting all the dues to the Bank and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
