ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A6 in Crime No.164 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,148, 153(a), 295 and 506(i) of I.P.C., and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property Damages and Loss Act, and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others damaged the public property worth about Rs.1,20,000/-. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel on instruction, would submit that the petitioner without prejudice to the rights and contention are ready and willing to deposit the amount as ordered by this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that totally there are six accused in this case and the petitioner with the help of JCB and caused damages to the temple and idle to the tune of Rs.1,20,000/-.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri and on further condition that the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of Crime No.164 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
