JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Intra-Court Appeal is directed against the interim order dated 23.07.2013 made in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2013 in W.P.(MD)No.11668 of 2013.

2.Today, when this Writ Appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent have submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Appeal, the main Writ Petition itself has been taken up for hearing along with other connected Writ Petitions and orders were pronounced by the Division Bench of this Court on 24.08.2016, where the main Writ Petition itself was allowed. 2/4

3.Citing this, the learned counsel for both sides, especially, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the appellants would submit that nothing survives in the challenge made in the Writ Appeal, which has been admittedly, directed against the interim order. 4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
