ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that already enquiry notice has been issued to the parties and within a reasonable time, enquiry would be completed by the first respondent.

2.At this, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would request this Court to direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders within a time stipulated by this Court.

W.P.(MD) No.612 of 2021 The first respondent, before whom the revision petition is pending at the instance of the petitioner, is directed to complete the process of enquiry undertaken by him within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law.

No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
