ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to initiate proceedings under section 164 of BNSS (corresponding to section 145 of Cr.P.C), by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to initiate proceedings under section 164 of BNSS (corresponding to section 145 of Cr.P.C), by considering the petitioner's 2/4

representation dated 04.01.2026, in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
