Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 and 5 of the society Bank to grant agricultural loan based on the relevant title deeds of the petitioner by considering his representation, dated 07.12.2021 made to the respondents 4 and 5.

O R D E R

Let the loan application of the petitioner be independently processed. Even though the mother of the petitioner had availed a loan and it is complained that there is a default in repayment and that the petitioner has stood guarantee for such loan, still on the basis of the 2/5

collateral properties now produced by the petitioner herein, the petitioner's application shall be independently considered.

2. A direction is issued to the respondents 4 and 5 to not hold the default made by the mother as against the petitioner but to grant loan on the basis of the security provided independently by the petitioner herein. Such exercise may be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further orders are required.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
