This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue patta to the petitioner for the land in S.No.259/2 situated at Serakulam Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents had produced a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.13448 of 2011 copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 18.07.2020, wherein, it had been stated that in respect of the aforesaid property, a patta has been given to the petitioner and that therefore, the learned Government Advocate would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
