[The Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, in pursuant to the representation made on 26.12.2020, has stated that the TASMAC shop running in a shop bearing No.66291, situated in Survey No.32/1 of Arunachalapuram Village, Nagudi Post, Pudukkottai District is situated within the prohibited distance. As no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of representation made by the writ petitioner dated 26.12.2020, we call upon the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
