ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 457 & 380 of IPC, in Crime No.239 of 1/3

2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 05.08.2018, at about 01.15 a.m, the petitioner along with other accused persons trespassed in to the house of the defacto complainant and stolen 3 3⁄4 of gold jewels.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the stolen properties were recovered from A1. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the respondent police conducted investigation and filed Absconding Charge Sheet before the concerned Criminal Court.

5.
