Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAVI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to the illness, the petitioner was unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10341 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20326 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2018 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10341 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD)

No.20326 of 2018 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
