W.P.(MD).Nos.10869 and 10870 of 2012 C O M M O N O R D E R Both the writ petitions have been filed challenging the orders passed by the Panchayat President directing the licensees to vacate the p remises to let it on an enhanced rent.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent Panchayat submits that as on today, the writ petitioners are regularly paying the rent at the rate of Rs.500/- per month and there is no proposal to vacate the writ petitioners.

3. The said statement is recorded. Since the second respondent has no proposal as of now to vacate the petitioners from the disputed premises, nothing requires to be adjudicated in the present writ petitions. Hence, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
